Adding a page title
You can give a title to every page in your document. Page titles help you to navigate your way around a large document. When you have given a title to a page, the title of the current page appears on the Web Easy title. The page titles will appear in the Sort Pages dialog and on the Go to page menu list, making it easy for you to get to the page you need.
Tip:
Page titles are also used by some Search engines to locate your website. The title should be relevant to the content of your page. Don’t make it too long.
To add a page title:

Open your document.

Click "EDIT" to display the Edit taskbar.

Click "PAGE" to display the Edit Page toolbar.

Click "TITLE" to display the Page title dialog.

Enter the title for the current page in Page title field.

To give a title to a different page in the document, click an item in the Document pages list. The list corresponds to the pages in your document, so that the first item is the first page, etc. Click the page and then enter the name for that page.

Click "OK" to apply the page titles.
Linking to e-mail
You can link an item to a specific e-mail address. Whenever a visitor clicks on the item, an e-mail window opens, headed with that address.
To add an e-mail link:

Select the item to which you want to add the link.

Click "Link" to display the Link dialog.

Choose link to "Mail".

Enter the e-mail address. Either:

Type the e-mail address, or
-
Click "Email Icon" and choose from the addresses in your e-mail address book.

Click "OK".
Inserting a new photo
To insert a new photo:

Click "Edit" icon to display the Edit taskbar.

Click "Image" icon to display the Edit Photo toolbar.

Click "Insert" icon and choose Photo.

A browse dialog opens, letting you browse for a photo.

Locate one of the many photos available within Web Easy or look for one of your own. Click a file name to select a photo.

Click "Open".

Place the cursor on the Workspace in the spot where you want to place the photo, and click once.
Notes:
You can insert more than one photo at a time. Hold down the SHIFT key while clicking on adjacent file names, or hold down the CTRL key for files that are not adjacent.
You can also insert photos by dragging-and-dropping from the File Browser.
